PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

All returns MUST meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy below carefully. Once you've done so, you can contact us with your concerns by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

For a full refund or exchange, please do so within the first 15 days of receiving your package.


Any item you return to us must be in the same condition when you received it, and in the original/sealed packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT accept items that are already opened.

Item CAN NOT be returned or exchanged after 15 days from the receipt of the original order.

REFUND

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items that are on sale.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it, and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. TJ Seven Inc is NOT responsible for damaged package, delayed, missing or mis-delivered package caused by the shipping company. Please ship your return package to us with a tracking and signature confirmation to protect yourself.
